Scribble Me - Night Night!

Another wonderful pair of BFF's, chocolate warm chip cookies and an ice cold glass of "malk" as my kids & I call it. I'm sorry to say I've failed you, my reader, as a responsible blogger. I apologize for not getting you this VERY important information in a more timely manner. Buuuut, May 15th (yes, 10 days ago) was National Chocolate Cookie Day. Please forgive me, but go ahead and have some cookies in a belated celebration my friends!

I found this perfectly yummy image to commemorate this awesome day. It's a Scribbles Designs of course! I made this a tall and skinny card, something I hardly ever do, although I'm not really sure why. Maybe it's cuz my "photo booth" isn't tall enough?? lol

Images used: Milk &Cookies

This card is made using: Stampin Up cardstock, digi pattern paper and metals dies. I colored all the images with Copics adding Wink of Stella to the milk and cookies. The word "enjoy" is a SU sentiment and I used the large oval whale tale punch to cut it out. The ribbon is seam binding I've had for yeeears.

So it's your turn to go to the Scribbles Challenge Blog to add you project to the current challenge so you can win some free goodies! And click HERE to go to site where you can purchase and download free images.

Scribble Me - HUNGRY!

Are you hungry? Do you love a good hamburger?? Add cheese and bacon to mine and we're good to go! But then again, doesn't bacon make everything much better?

Today I think we should celebrate the wonderful yummy hamburger, cuz know what? Yeah, you're catching on by now huh?? It's National Hamburger Month!! I used this super fun image from Scribbles Designs for a little added inspiration for the Scribble Design Challenge Blog. I am sure that this hamburger is no way related to the theme of the current challenge, but still fun none the less.

Images used: Hamburger

Hey! This card goes really well with the beer mug card I created a little bit ago, lol. So, for this card, I used: Stampin Up cardstock, Crate Paper pattern paper and metals dies. I with my Copics adding Wink of Stella on some of the veggies. I added buttons from my stash, and what is it with buttons looking aligned and then moving around while they dry?! 😁 At least my pennant (that I hand cut) is straight.

You know what to do - click and go to the Scribbles Challenge Blog to add you project to the current challenge so you can win some free goodies! And click HERE to go to site where you can purchase and download free images.

Georgia Peach?

I am here with another FUN 2 week challenge at Kitty Bee Aloha Friday Challenges! The challenge theme is.....animals! Squeeee - who doesn't adore animals? I have to share a story with you. My hubby and I have a dear friend who lives in Canada. I call him my Canadian Porn Star, reason being, the 1st time I ever met him he had on a t-shirt that said "Porn Star" (in very 1970's font I must add.) He calls me his Georgia Peach. Why am I telling you this??

Image used: Peaches

Because silly, this adorable little elephant is a digital image from Bugaboo and it's called Peaches! LOL So now you know why my little elephant is so special and I believe I'll mail this card to Adam. Enough about my porn star and on to the card deets. =)  I used digital pattern papers with Neenah and Bazzill cardstock, Hobby Lobby ribbon / glitter brads and Copic markers and of course my beloved Wink of Stella!

So, don't forget to check out Kitty Bee Designs blog for more DT inspiration and then click on the challenge tab on the top of the page to enter your project for a chance to win prizes from these sponsors.

And here's one more quick look at my card for the animals challenge, Have a super day!

Scribble Me ~ Froggie Went a Courtin'

No, not really. But I always did love Mr. Toad!! So today I celebrate Frog and Toad because, I have another crazy holiday to share with y'all!! TODAY is National Frog Jumping Day!! I know right?! Who knew?! Now you do!

Today is indeed a great day because I am here sharing more Scribbles Designs. I just love this green "frooog". He comes in a full set that looks like this:

Isn't that just the cutest set of images and sentiments?? I wanted to use the frog to celebrate Toad and Frog of course, but also to send out as a birthday card. I added "Hoppy Birthday to the inside of the card.

Images used: Gone Buggy Too

I used Die Cuts With A View pattern paper, SU & Neenah cardstock, buttons from my stash,  Memento ink, Copic markers and a circle die. The hardest part about this card was finding matching buttons, which BTW,  looked totally aligned when I glued them down! LOL

Please take a quick moment to pop over to see the current challenge on the Scribbles Designs Challenge Blog. You could win some really awesome prizes if your project is chosen winner!!

Now I'm off to jump some frogs! Enjoy your day!

I'm back and oh so excited!

Welcome to Maxx & Boo today! Glad you are here. I am happy to share with you my 1st 2017 Kitty Bee Design Team Spotlight. The 1st Wednesday of each month I will be here to share a project using a Kitty Bee Design image. I created a journaling pocket for a scrapbook page or a junk journal. I haven't decided which I'll use this in, but it's so cute I am sure to use it soon.

Images Used: Sunflower Bun

I cut brown cardstock down to 9 x 4 and scored then folded it up at 2.75". I used eyelets strung with twine to make a pocket. I added digital images to create journal cards and pages (tucked inside a mini petal envelope.) I added a sweet, glittery "smile" die cut. I colored my bunny using my Copics and added a bit of Wink of Stella to his sunflower petals.

Make sure you click here and check out all the wonderful DT projects. I also hope to see you here again as I share with you many more Kitty Bee Designs moving forward.
